Shir Barzilay is a seasoned political strategist and activist with extensive experience across all levels of government. She has successfully managed winning campaigns municipally, provincially, and federally.
Shir served on the National Council of the Conservative Party of Canada under the leadership of Andrew Scheer, Erin O’Toole, and Pierre Poilievre, where she chaired key policy committees and contributed to the party’s national direction.
In Ontario’s provincial government, she held senior roles focusing on budget and policy development for the Minister of Finance.
Shir holds a Master’s degree from the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto, and has completed a certificate in Leadership, Organization, and Action from the Harvard Kennedy School, with a focus on grassroots mobilization.
